I use multiple trackers, most popular ones, but I think TPB are rewriting them.
Also Enable DHT, might solve your problem

i been stuck @ 97,4 for 4 days, and i'm stuck @ jopay-torrent also...
I have the DHT enabled already so i don't that is the problem..
It's only this and jopay-torrent from your uploads that's not working. so plzzzz can you try reupload these 2 torrents and see if the problems goes away?
